Terms of Service

By accessing or using Smart3ch, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional terms that apply to a specific paid plan, organization, or service. If you are using Smart3ch for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Smart3ch provides management software, digital services, and related tools. Features, availability, plan limits, pricing, and supported workflows may change as products are improved or new systems are introduced.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, providing accurate account information, and using only the access granted to you. You must not attempt to access another organization's data, bypass security controls, impersonate another user, or use credentials that you are not authorized to use.

Organizations using Smart3ch are responsible for determining who should have access to their workspace, assigning appropriate roles, maintaining lawful records, obtaining required permissions or consents, and ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable requirements.

You may not use Smart3ch to violate law, harm others, distribute malicious software, interfere with service operation, probe or defeat security controls, send abusive or deceptive communications, or upload content that you do not have the right to process.

Customers retain responsibility for the information and content they enter into Smart3ch. You grant Smart3ch the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle that content to provide and support the service.

Paid services may be subject to plan-specific pricing, billing cycles, limits, renewal terms, or promotional conditions presented when an organization subscribes. Customers are responsible for applicable charges associated with the plan they select.

We work to keep Smart3ch reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, update, suspend, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal, or product reasons.

Smart3ch software, branding, design, documentation, and platform materials remain the property of Smart3ch or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Smart3ch intellectual property to users or customers.

Access may be restricted or terminated for material violations of these terms, security threats, unlawful use, non-payment where applicable, or other circumstances where continued access would create unreasonable risk. Where practical, Smart3ch may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Smart3ch is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Organizations remain responsible for professional, operational, financial, pastoral, educational, healthcare, or other decisions made using information stored in the system. Smart3ch does not replace professional judgment or legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Smart3ch Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. Customers should also provide any notices required for the information they collect through their own Smart3ch-managed workflows.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version is identified by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
